The module is an introduction to the history and architecture of Tughlaqabad Fort. The fort stretches across nearly seven kilometres on the Qutab–Badarpur road, covering a vast expanse of rocky terrain. Initially built by Ghiyas-ud-Din Tughlaq, the founder of the Tughlaq dynasty, the structure served both as a defense mechanism and as an imposing citadel.
