When asked how do you define Street theatre? Sudhanva Deshpande answers, 'We still haven't reached the frontiers of the forms. It happens in the real world, you need it to be mobile, flexible, you have open space, you have actors, their bodies and voices and most of all the imagination of the audience and because of their imagination there is nothing that you can't do. Street theatre is a millitant theatre of protest.'
