The Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures located in Mawlai, Shillong, Meghalaya preserves the rich cultural heritage of North-East India. It contains seventeen galleries displaying various cultural artifacts, and paintings; the museum highlights the various tribes, cultures and traditional attires of North-East India.

She is a postgraduate student of Archaeology. Born and brought up in Shillong, she loves outdoor activities and exploring new places. She aspires to work on the Megalithic culture of Meghalaya. Through this custom walk, Naphibahun Lyngdoh along with the class XII students of St. John Bosco, Sohra, in collaboration with Sahapedia, New Delhi celebrates International Museum Day.
